A face and name most of you will
know, Liz Robbins has decided to hang up her boots and take a well earned rest
from the day to day running of the football club.

After forty three years at work Liz
is looking to retire from the Football Club. Liz will be handing over the
reins to Rachael Towers, a current member of the Office team for the day to day
admin. Liz has cut her days down from a full week and more, to two days whilst
she trains Rachael and any further enquiries regarding season tickets and other
club issues should be addressed to her.
There’s no keeping her away from
the club though. On match days for the forthcoming season, Liz will be still
running the office, collecting the money and keeping the rest of the staff in
check.
Chairman Ian Neale asks supporters
to him in thanking Liz for all her hard work and assistance over the last two
successful seasons since the club takeover. Liz, together with her Husband John
Robbins and Sue Dawn Cooper run the match day office and whilst they have never
missed a home game in the past few seasons, have never actually got to see a
game. They actually get their score updates from Sky Sports as the office is
insulated.
From everyone at the club, we wish
Liz a happy semi-retirement.
