In 2007, Ian Neale celebrated his 20th anniversary in business. Initially beginning as a sole trader, Ian and his team have expanded into a respected construction group with an annual turnover approaching £7 million.

The Group has grown progressively and today boasts an order book which is always healthy with an expanding portfolio of successful prestige local building projects.

With a direct workforce in excess of 60, operating over 20 vehicles from its purpose-built Headquarters in Nuneaton, INCG serves the Coventry and Warwickshire area.

The Group is consistently on architects approved lists for tendering projects. INCG has developed a keen reputation for flexibility through delivering a wide range of projects, from design and build and architect-led assignments to professionally managed projects in a variety of sectors.

The workforce is totally flexible, highly skilled and experienced in understanding detailed specifications and working closely to the client’s objectives, developing a thorough understanding of the clients’ business and adapting to the workplace environment. INCG adopts a consultative approach from the outset of the contract which sets the company apart from its competition.
