"I'm very excited. I'm proud to be Nuneaton Town manager and hopefully I can deliver what is expected of me."

Dino's first match in permanent charge will be this afternoons fixture away to FC United of Manchester, where he will be joined in the technical area by assistant manager John Ashton.

Dino managed in the National League as recently as the 2015/16 season where he guided Southport to safety, after he inherited the team eight points adrift at the bottom of the table.

"I'm very excited. I'm proud to be Nuneaton Town manager and hopefully I can deliver what is expected of me."

The Tunisian's last managerial position came last season as assistant at SKY Bet League 2 outfit Newport County, where his influence heavily aided the retention of the club's Football League status.

Dino has previously managed at Northwich Victoria, as well as being assistant manager at Stevenage and Preston North End.

The former where he averaged two points per game in the last 20 matches, to secure Conference safety with a match to spare, after arriving with the club 15 points adrift at the foot of the table. Such an achievement was recognised with the award of the divisions Manager of the Season.

Whilst at Stevenage he played an influential role in the club's rise from Non-League to League 1 play off semi finalists.

"I've been watching games and monitoring players and teams. I'd like to think I know the league pretty well. It is a strong league, there are a lot of former football league clubs here. It is going to be difficult but having looked at everything, I think I can add a lot of value to the football club."

As a player Dino played across three continents, allowing for his diverse and cultured footballing outlook, that he seeks to implement.

"I've got to work with what I've got and I've got to be hands on."
