Maamria spoke of the week gone and today's opposition.
"It's been another good week for us, me getting to know the players better. We've been working hard on the training ground in terms of fitness and organisation. I'm looking forward to the game."
"Our focus is to work that little bit harder when we haven't got the ball first and foremost, and then I'm sure we will then score plenty of goals."
"It's going to be a good game. I went to see Chorley last Monday in the FA Cup and they look a solid team, with a lot of experience."
"I'm looking to build a team that can play good football and physically compete.
Before we play any football, we have to match Chorley's physicality."
Maamria and his Boro side travel north to seventh place Chorley this afternoon, hunting their first away victory of the campaign.
