“I'll never get tired of scoring goals”
Chambers begun by outlining his own personal formula.
"Hard work and a lot of luck I suppose. Any person on a good goal scoring run would probably say the same thing."
"I like to keep things pretty regular and the same. Just keep doing what I'm doing. Knowing that my movement and my finishing will get me goals in the end. Sometimes it's just the rub of the green, things go for you. I'm hoping there's not, but their might be a time it dries up a little bit, but I'll keep working hard and hope I can keep scoring the goals and helping the team."
"Obviously the performances team wise have been a little bit up and down, but we've always managed to keep our attacking performances quite good.
So I've had a lot of chances throughout the games, luckily a few of them have crept in the last few games. So long may it continue."
Now 27, the frontman continued explaining his own personal motivations.
"Having young children at home and having to provide for them, but also having that self pride and professionalism. I target to keep my standards as high as possible and hopefully I rub off on other people and the team, and they can see me as a bit of a role model."
"I do like to give myself long term and short term goals, and if I'm meeting them I'm pretty happy. I'm on target at the moment, but it can always be better. I'll keep striving to score goals and help the team. I'll never get tired of scoring goals."
Looking ahead to Saturday's home fixture against Stockport County, Chambers spoke confidently about the teams abilities.
"I think we've got to strive for the same again really. We've got to be striving to match what we did at the weekend and if we get anywhere near that there's not many teams in this league that will handle us."
