Nuneaton Town have acted swiftly to appoint a Caretaker Manager and Assistant following events this morning.
Ian Neale has assured fans that as well as the long term progression of the club being moulded by announcements earlier this week
the short term opportunity is one that we can all get behind and show some real strength in adversity.
''We have solid foundations and strength of depth at the club both with backroom staff and in the dressing room.
We will look to harness that desire and ambition from within in order to chase down a place in the play offs''.
Mark Noon will assume the Manager Role, He has both outstanding qualifications and experience
but his affinity and relationship with the players and fans will go a long way in extending the stability at the club,
Noon stated “Our close knit group of players have a belief and a common goal which I will look to harness and get the job done and over the line, senior players will
be playing a big part in the process and I will lean on them to provide that support.
he will be joined by fans favourite Simon Forsdick as Assistant who has played his part of the back room
team this season whilst rehabilitating following a preseason injury.
They both epitomise everything about the Boro, they fully understand and support the culture that has been created since 2008.
Meetings have taken place this morning which will be followed by a meeting with firstly Senior Players and then the squad and backroom
Staff ahead of training this evening. The Team have a fantastic opportunity ahead of them and face playoff contenders Grimsby this weekend
which will be the only focus.
This is a great opportunity for fans to show the boys the support they deserve this weekend in numbers in what will be an exciting game as we push on. A real chance for Fans to become the 12th man.
