Nuneaton Town FC is aware of its responsibilities under the Disability Discrimination Act 2005 and are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for any disabled supporter who visits Liberty Way.
ACCESSIBLE SERVICES AND FACILITIES;
Access to the Club Offices is via a ramp and the Concession Unit has a lowered counter.
There are 5 allocated spaces in the Main Stand for wheelchair users at pitch level for both home and away supporters, helpers can sit alongside or behind.
Ambulant disabled fans with specific access needs can sit pitch side in the first few rows of the Main Stand.

There are two accessible, Radar key-operated toilets available at the ground.
Any disabled supporter with specific access needs should ring ahead in order to reserve one of the spaces – (024) 7638 5738.
Plenty of stewards are always available to give you any help, advice or assistance.
There is currently limited cover within the Main Stand but plans are in place for providing an appropriately adapted covered stand specifically for disabled supporters.
For blind and partially sighted supporters the local Hospital Radio Station generally provides an audio commentary of the match.
The Supporters Co-Operative has donated several wheelchairs that will be available at the turnstiles for any supporters who may have difficulty in walking.

PARKING;
Accessible parking spaces are available for visiting supporters on a first come first served basis.

A dedicated parking area for disabled supporters and their helpers is also planned.
MATCH DAY AND SEASON TICKETS;
DISABILTY QUALIFICATION:
The purchasing of Accessible Tickets on a Seasonal or Matchday basis from Nuneaton Town Football Club is based on the following policy:
Supporters must be in receipt of one of the following:
– Middle or Higher Rate of Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
– Attendance Allowance (AA)
– Severe Disablement Allowance (SDA)
– War Disabled Pension
– Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI 2003)
– Enhanced Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
Evidence must be supplied at the Ticket Office on an annual basis.
Any supporter who is in receipt of any of the above is entitled to claim a Season or Match Ticket at the Disabled Adult, or any reduced rates and will also qualify for a free Enabler ticket.
Please note the Enabler is responsible for the needs of the Disabled supporter, therefore the Enabler should accompany the Disabled supporter at all times when visiting the Stadium.
The Enabler cannot gain entry into the ground without accompanying the Disabled supporter.
Any Enabler attending a match without the designated Disabled supporter must upgrade their ticket at the Ticket Office prior to the match at the relevant price.
All supporters applying for a Season or Match ticket will need to supply proof of their entitlement by producing the letter or certificate of confirmation outlined above at the point of sale.
